Who distributes oil and gas revenue for EOC?
EOC distributes all gas revenue. We can be reached at 316.201.1744.
EOC’s oil revenue is distributed by CHS Energy and Refinery in McPherson, Kansas distributes. They can be reached at www.crudeoilsupply.com and at 620.241.2340.
How do I set up ACH Direct Deposit?
Please download and fill out an ACH form found here and return them to the EOC office via email at brooke@edisonopco.com, or mail to 9342 E. Central, Suite A, Wichita, KS 67206. All other accounting questions can be directed to eocaccounts@edisonopco.com. Our preferred contact regarding direct deposits is via email, but don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Is there a minimum check amount required for distribution?
Yes, there is a $100.00 minimum required for distribution. This means owners will accrue proceeds until the total amount exceeds $100.00. Once this amount is reached, a check will be processed during the next revenue distribution. Proceeds that total less than $100.00 are distributed once a year. Because of this minimum amount that is required, you may not receive a check every month.
What do I need to do if I don’t receive my check?
Your account must accumulate a minimum balance of $100.00 for a check to be issued. Anything less than $100.00 will be distributed once a year. If you are set up for direct deposit, the $100.00 minimum is not required.
Please allow time for your check to reach you via mail. If you suspect your check was lost or stolen, please contact us for next steps.
I need to change my name and/or address in your records. What information do you need?
If you have had a name change, please contact us provide us with proof of this change (marriage license, divorce decree, etc.). We will also need your name as it appears on the check and your owner number.
For address changes, email eocaccounts@edisonopco.com a completed Owner Contact Form and Blank W-9. Also include your name as it appears on your account, your owner number, and the best phone number to reach you in case we have questions. It is important you notify EOC immediately if there is an address change. If your address is incorrect or unknown, your check will be returned to EOC and result in your account being suspended.
I have an ownership change (divorce, purchase or sale of interest, owner of record passed away, etc.). What do I need to do?
If there has been a change of interest, we will need a copy of the appropriate recorded conveyance document(s) that have been filed in the associated counties. We will not be able to process the change in interest without these documents of record. If you have questions about what documents to provide, please contact your attorney.
What should I do if the owner of record passes away?
You need to notify us at eocaccounts@edisonopco.com and include a copy of the death certificate. The interest will be suspended pending the receipt of the proper transfer documents.
I’m interested in selling my royalty interests. Who do I need to contact?
EOC owns and manages royalty, override, and non-producing minerals. Contact brooke@edisonopco.com for an offer.
